Chocolate is sensitive to humidity, odors, and oxidation from air and light. Therefore, chocolate should be stored in a cool dry place, at a constant temperature between 540 and 680F, and ideally in an airtight container. Always make sure the chocolate box or packaging is properly closed.

Although, our chocolates are carefully formulated to prolong shelf life, they are preservative free. Some truffles will last up to 12 weeks under ideal conditions. However, in order to enjoy the optimum sense-venture tasting experience, Marco Paolo Chocolates suggests that our truffles be consumed within 8 weeks for optimum flavor and texture.
